Date night.

So last night Tyler and I went off on a date night, and saw our FIRST movie together. Ha ha. You'd think we'd have been to the movies before now.

I gave in to Tyler's requests and we went to see Green Lantern.

It wasn't as bad as I was fearing. The worst part would have to be the three 10 year olds running around through the whole thing. I learned from my mom to voice when you are dissatisfied with something so Tyler and I will be able to go see another movie next week complimentary from the theater.

And while all the ladies will be chasing Ryan Reynolds...

I'll be cuddled up with my sexy super hero!

Always kiss me goodnight..

We're staying with my mom for a little bit while we try to get in a better financial place, and also to help her out with house work (and secretly, I don't think she's ready to let little Bentley go). When we came home from our honeymoon we came home to our room beautifully decorated. Pictures of us, decorations from our wedding, new bedding, and the quilt she made for us were perfectly on display. I love my mother so much and I am so so grateful for all the help and time she put in to making our wedding perfect. Here's some pictures of our beautiful bedroom.

There's nothing I love more than to be able to fall asleep next to my loving husband, or to just relax in his arms. Our life will always be full of love and we will always kiss each other goodnight.

Honeymoonage!

For our honeymoon we decided to stay local and spend the 4th of July weekend in Park City so we could try to take more trips throughout the year. We spent our first night at the Radison in Salt Lake. It was a very nice hotel and the romance package we chose allowed us to share some sparkling cider and have a HUGE breakfast in the morning. We both agreed it was amazing and we loved the omelet. Yum. And we had a sleep number bed. Tyler didn't think it was working so he lowered it all the way then all of a sudden the bed swallowed him whole. I wish I woulda gotten a picture of it because it was hilarious. And we also had this massive spa tub. Tyler wanted to steal it and take it with us.

The next day we traveled to Park City and stayed at the Yarrow Inn. It's an older hotel but was really nice and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We spent the majority of our time on Historic Main Street because all of the stores and restaurants were amazing.  I of course had to introduce Tyler to Cow's ice cream. So gosh darn delicious. This is the two of us in front of Cows.

We had the most amazing meal at the Wasatch Brewery & Pub. It was absolutely delicious. Tyler had pulled pork sliders and I devoured coconut beer battered shrimp. And we drank some delicious Pepsi. Amazing!

On the 4th we were able to see the fireworks right from our hotel. Here's a couple shots we got.

And before we left we had to stop by Cows again.

We picked out some fun souvenirs. Tyler got a bottle of hot sauce from It's F'n Hot that is rated 750,000 on the scolville scale which means super hot and may kill, ha ha. I picked out a beautiful black and white lace fedora from Silverado that I am obsessed with. And we also got ourselves a little basset hound dish to share from Pines.

We had a great time together and will certainly go back often to renew our memories of our honeymoon!

Diaries of a photobooth..

We had a photobooth at our reception and it has been a blast seeing how silly everyone can be. We heard from a little bird afterwords that some were discussing "mooning" the camera, and oh how thankful I am they didn't, ha ha. It's wonderful to see everyones personality and to see all the different kinds of friends we have. Here's a small sampling of the pictures we've captured.
Kass, El Gato, Kylee, and Rachel
Aubrey & Bethany
John & Tina
Kasey, Cameray, & Connor
Tom, Jonali, & DeAnn
Doris, Tyler, & Megan

Anyone can be passionate but it takes real lovers to be SILLY.

This is one of my favorite quotes by Rose Franklin and I feel it describes Tyler and I perfectly. We really wanted our personality in our photos and these pictures were perfect!!

GROOMals

It took so long to get into my dress on the day of our groomals so while my mom was lacing me in, Sharon took Tyler around to get an idea of pictures and to test lighting and came up with these AMAZING pictures of him. He is the most handsome man ever and I love him so very much! Enjoy!
